Privacy Policy
This website, m5miami.com (“the Site”), is operated by M5 Studio Miami LLC (“M5”, “we”, “us”), an interior design, renovation and decorative-finishes studio working in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on the Site — a contact form, the instant estimate, a project inquiry, or the request for our cost guide — you may provide your name, email address, phone number, neighborhood, budget range and details about your project. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, send you the materials you requested, and communicate about your project. Form submissions are delivered to our email via FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics tools that collect usage data via cookies and similar technologies — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you interact with the Site:
- Google Analytics 4 — traffic and usage statistics (Google Privacy Policy)
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session replays and heatmaps that help us improve the Site (Microsoft Privacy Statement)
If you book a call through the Site, scheduling is handled by Google Calendar appointment booking; if you contact us via the WhatsApp buttons, your communication is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Where your inquiry goes
When you submit a form, your inquiry is stored and routed through the following service providers, each acting on our instructions:
- Supabase (database hosting, United States) — our internal client system where inquiries are stored and worked on by the M5 team
- Vercel — hosting of that internal system and of client documents (estimates, invoices)
- FormSubmit and Google Workspace (Gmail, Apps Script, Sheets) — email delivery and a backup copy of the inquiry
- Telegram — an internal notification to the M5 team that a new inquiry arrived (name, contact, service)
- JobTread — project management once a project is contracted
We also record where an inquiry came from (the page, campaign parameters such as UTM, and referral codes) so we know which channels bring clients. We do not use this to build advertising profiles of you.
How we contact you
By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you about your project by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. We do not add you to marketing newsletters without a separate opt-in. To stop follow-ups at any time, reply STOP to a message or email hello@m5miami.com — we will stop within one business day and will not re-import your contact into any outreach list.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide estimates and consultations
- To deliver materials you request (such as our renovation cost guide)
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it
- To communicate about your project
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above, to the extent needed to operate the Site.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve your request and maintain our business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time by emailing hello@m5miami.com; we confirm the deletion in writing. Analytics data is retained according to the respective providers' settings.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted at any time — email hello@m5miami.com.
- You can control cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with the GA opt-out browser add-on.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version with its effective date is always at m5miami.com/privacy/.
