The owners wanted a calm, timeless apartment with more storage and a living room that felt like a lounge — delivered on a fixed budget, with no surprises.
Our approach
We stripped the tired finishes, opened the living-dining flow, and built full-height oak joinery. A hand-applied Venetian plaster accent wall became the quiet centrepiece.
The result
Delivered in 12 weeks, on the estimate we signed. Weekly photo updates the whole way, and a 2-year written warranty on the work.
